COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Johnson Controls D-3153-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Joyce-Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Joyce-Dayton such as the M707B1145 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EDA81021101 manufactured by Johnson-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10F5 by Manufacturer Keb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Joslyn-Clark Brand U13U03576 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kele such as OS1 equipment made by Kele have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kele products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kele" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 506071058 made by Kawasaki as well as the popular LA055L115VSCCL06 original spares produced by Joyce-Dayton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 05F5B3A090A by Keb and OS1 spares by Kele are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T50UO0S2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Joslyn-Clark. |
